ARBOSANA (California) evoo

Originally from Spain, the small Arbosana Olive has adapted well and is a favored cultivar in California both for its high oil yield and unique flavor profile. Fresh fruity olive nose with an artichoke and green tomato overlay. Mild to medium intensity and slight peppery finish. Great as finishing oil at the end of cooking for a burst of flavor, drizzled over cooked pasta or vegetables. Pair it with the Peach or Pear Balsamic for a perfect salad dressing or with the Maple Balsamic for a delicious marinade on chicken, pork or beef.
